  • 1 (2 layer size) pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 (3 3/4 ounce) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 c. cool lowfat milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (13 ounce) container frzn whipped topping, thawed

Direcciones

  1. Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Bake in 13 x 9 inch pan. When done, take from oven and prick cake generously with fork. Pour pineapple over top of cake while it is hot. Blend pudding with lowfat milk and beat in cream cheese; spread over layer of pineapple, then cover with whipped topping. Chill till ready to serve.If you like, cake may be garnished with minced nuts and/or shredded coconut. Makes 12 servings.
