Ingredientes
- 3/4 cup brown rice flour
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 1/4 cup almond or hazelnut meal (been doing the hazelnut lately and really like it)
- 1/4 cup arrowroot starch
- 2 tsp xanthan gum
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup milk (I use skim)
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup mashed ripe banana (about 2 medium)
