Receta Ambrosia Chocolate, A Family Tradition
Ingredientes
- Double Chocolates~ Recipe from my Grandma Rose~
- 2 lbs. Dipping Chocolate, such as Ambrosia
- 1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
- 2 T granulated white sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 lb. Dipping chocolate
- 1-1/2 cups crushed peanuts
- Melt 2 lbs. dipping chocolate until smooth and creamy, in double boiler or microwave. For directions: How to Melt Chocolate
- Let chocolate cool until luke warm.
- Whip whipping cream with 2 T sugar and a pinch of salt, following directions for Classic Whipped Cream: Classic Whipped Cream
- Melt 1 lb. dipping chocolate, cool
