Ingredientes
- 2 c. plain flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 2/3 c. oil
- 1 c. sugar 2 c. plain flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. raisins or possibly dates
- 3/4 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1/2 c. applesauce
Direcciones
- Stir your starter on days 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9.Day 5: Transfer starter into a larger container and add in 1 cup plain flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup lowfat milk.
- Day 10: Add in as you did on Day 5; put 1 cup in 3 different containers. Give 2 away with this recipe and keep 1 for yourself to make another starter.
- Add in to the remaining batter the oil, 1 cup sugar, 2 cups flour, large eggs, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, soda, baking pwdr and any optional ingredients. Spray 2 loaf pans with PAM and sprinkle with sugar. Bake 40-45 min at 350 degrees. Cool 10 min in pans.
