Receta Angel Biscuits 'N Ham

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 4 1/2 c. plain flour
- 1 T baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 3 pound thinly sliced ham, cooked (country ham)
Direcciones
- Put together yeast and warm water; let stand 5 min. Add in buttermilk. Set aside. Put together flour and next 3 ingredients in a bowl. Cut in shortening with a pastry blender till mix resembles meal. Add in buttermilk mix, stirring with a fork till dry ingredients are moistened. Place dough on floured surface, knead 4 or possibly 5 times. Roll 1/3 thickness. Cut 1 3/4 inch cutter. Cook at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 min. Can be frzn. 6 dozen.
