Ingredientes

- marinade in fat free organic chicken broth 20 min.
- spice up with Mrs. Dash seasonings or any other healthy seasonings.Bake at 350 45 min.let cool and mix in1 cup of lite sour cream 1 cup of lite miracle whip dressing and chicken mix together and add 2 cups of trail mix oats & dates and one cup chopped pecan cool in fridge and serve on wasa crackers.
