Receta Apple Cranberry Chutney

Ingredientes
- 2 c. peeled, minced Rome apples (about 2 medium)
- 1 c. cranberries
- 1/4 c. golden brown raisins
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp grnd cloves
- 1/4 tsp grnd nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in a non-aluminum saucepan. Place over high heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 15 min or possibly till apples are tender. Cold. Put in food processor and pulse once or possibly twice till combined and of the desired consistency. Serve chilled.
