Ingredients: 1 can frzn apple juice concentrate thawed (6-oz); 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar; 1/4 c. catsup; 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar; 1 tsp dry thyme crumbled; 1/8 tsp warm pepper sauce (such as Tabasco); 1 x chicken cut into 4 pcs (3-lb.) Vegetable oil

Ingredientes

1 can frzn apple juice concentrate thawed (6-oz)
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. catsup
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp dry thyme crumbled
1/8 tsp warm pepper sauce (such as Tabasco)
1 x chicken cut into 4 pcs (3-lb.) Vegetable oil

Direcciones

Combine first 6 ingredients in heavy small saucepan. Stir over medium heat till sugar dissolves.
Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat). Brush chicken with oil. Season generously with salt and pepper. Grill till chicken is almost cooked through, turning occasionally, about 20 min. Brush with glaze and continue grilling till chicken is tender and cooked through, brushing chicken frequently with glaze and turning occasionally, about 10 min longer.
Serves 4.
