Receta Apple Muffins
Ingredientes
- 1/4 cup ground flax seed
- 1 and 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 T. cinnamon (or other pie spices)
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup chopped apples (with skins)
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts are great)
- 1 egg
- 3 T. vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup milk
Direcciones
- Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add apples and nuts.
- Mix milk, egg, and oil together in a cup, and add to the dry ingredients.
- Can be sprinkled with cinnamon.
- Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
