Receta Apple Noodle Kugel

Ingredientes
- 16 ounce Noodles med size
- 1/2 stk Margarine + 1/2 C ff margarine
- 5 x Egg Whites lightly beaten
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 3/4 tsp Grnd Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Orange Juice or possibly skim lowfat milk
- 2 lrg Apples sliced or possibly diced
- 1/2 c. Raisins
- 1 c. Corn Flake Crumbs Grnd Cinnamon
Direcciones
- Cook noodles for 8 minutes.
- Add in marg. and toss till meltedPreheat oven to 350 degreesAdd egg whites, sugar, cinn, vanilla and juice, mix gently.
- Mix in fruit and raisinsSpread in greased 9x13 pan, Sprinkle with cereal and cinnamon.
- Bake on center oven shelf for 1 hour, noodles will become brown.
- Serve hot.
