- 4 c. apple
- 1/2 c. frzn apple juice concentrate undiluted
- 2 tsp tapioca or possibly cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (1/2 to 1)

- Mix apples and all ingredients till well coated; pour into pastry shell and top with pastry. Bake at 425 degrees for 40 to 45 min.
