Receta Apple & Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredientes
- 6 med. sweet potatoes
- 4 Golden brown Delicious Apples, peeled, sliced
- 1/4 c. pecans, minced
- 3 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
Direcciones
- Boil sweet potatoes in lightly salted water 30 to 35 min till tender. Drain, cool and remove skins. Slice into 1 1/2 inch slices. Grease a 1 1/2 qt baking dish. Alternate layers of sliced sweet potatoes and apples, sprinkling each layer with nuts, cinnamon, brown sugar and butter. Arrange layer of apples over top and bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 min. Remove cover and continue baking 25 min longer. Serves 6 to 8.
