Receta Applesauce Nut Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 c. raisins
- 2 c. minced nuts
- 4 c. sifted flour
- 1 c. sugar (4 teaspoon bulk Sweet 'n Low)
- 4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon salt (can eliminate)
- 2 1/2 c. chunky applesauce
- 2 large eggs, slightly beaten (use egg substitutes or possibly egg whites)
- 1 1/4 c. vegetable oil (Hollywood Safflower oil)
Direcciones
- Put together raisins and nuts. Sift dry ingredients together over fruit and nuts. Mix. Add in applesauce, large eggs, oil. Stir till just blended. Grease and flour two 9x5x3 inch loaf pans. Divide batter evenly into pans. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour or possibly till breads test done. Freezes well.
