Receta Applesauce Whole Wheat Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. applesauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. raisins
- 3/4 c. minced nuts
- 1/8 c. powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 12 x 8 inch pan. In large bowl, put together oil and sugar; stir in applesauce and vanilla. In medium bowl, blend flours, soda, salt and cinnamon.Stir in raisins and nuts. Stir flour mix into applesauce mix. Bake for 30 min or possibly till pick comes clean. Sift powdered sugar over top. Let cool 10 min and cut into bars. Yields 24 bars.
