- 1 med Ripe banana
- 1/4 c. Instant nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 tsp Grated lemon rind Ice cubes

- Combine all ingredients, except ice cubes, in container of an electric blender. Add in sufficient ice cubes to measure 4 c.. Blend till smooth.
