Receta Apricot Orange Dessert Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 sm. boxes orange gelatin
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 (21 ounce) can Wilderness apricot fruit filling
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 c. fruit juice (orange or possibly pineapple)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 T flour
- 1 egg
- 1 c. heavy cream, whipped
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add in apricot fruit filling and marshmallows. Pour into 9-inch square pan; let set. Put together fruit juice, sugar, flour and egg in saucepan. Cook till thick, stirring constantly. Cool. When cold, mix in whipped cream and spread over gelatin fruit layer. Sprinkle top with grated Cheddar cheese. Chill. Makes 9 servings.
