Ingredientes
- 3 x boneless skinless chicken breasts diced
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounce.) Del Monte FreshCut Diced Tomatoes with Green Pepper and Onion
- 1 Tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1 can (15 1/4 ounce.) black beans or possibly kidney beans liquid removed
- 1 can (15 1/4 ounce.) Del Monte FreshCut Golden brown Sweet Whole Kernel Corn liquid removed
- 1/4 c. minced cilantro or possibly sliced green onions Shredded Monterey Jack cheese, diced avocado, sliced radishes, or possibly minced green onions
Direcciones
- 1. Combine chicken, tomatoes, and chili pwdr in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat about 5 min or possibly till chicken is done and sauce is slightly thickened.
- 2. Add in remaining ingredients, except garnishes, and simmer 5 to 7 min or possibly till heated through.
- 3. Top with garnishes, if you like.
