- 1 whl snapper
- 1 x Banana leaf
- 2 Tbsp. Coconut lowfat milk
- 1 piece ginger
- 2 x Cloves garlic
- 12 x Stems of coriander
Direcciones
- Stuff the cavity of the fish with the aromatics and season. Place on a piece of banana leaf and pour the lowfat milk over the fish. Make a tight parcel and steam for around 10 min. Serve with rice plantain and spinach curry.
