Receta Artichoke And Mushroom Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. white mushrooms
- 1/4 c. oil
- 8 ounce marinated artichoke hearts
- Parsley
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- Couple shakes black pepper
- Shake of salt
- Minced celery
- Green olives with pimento
- Minced onion
Direcciones
- Place cleaned mushrooms in boiling water for 3 min. Drain. While hot add in oil to mushrooms. Add in marinated artichoke hearts (including juice), parsley, crushed garlic, black pepper, salt and onions. Mix well. Chill overnight. Next day add in: celery and green olives.
