Receta Arugula~Spinach~Blackberry~Feta Salad
Delicious Salad for the summer months!
Ingredientes
- 1 cup Chopped Arugula
- 1 cup Chopped Baby Spinach
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Blackberries, rinsed
- 1/4 cup strawberries, hulled, rinsed
- 1/4 cup Feta Cheese Crumbles
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- one Fresh Lemon Juice only
- one tablespoon Pure Honey
Direcciones
- In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients and toss gently.
- In a small bowl add Greek Yogurt, Lemon juice, Honey and stir well to mix.
- Plate and drizzle dressing over the salad.
- Enjoy!
