- ½ Tablespoon Salt
- 2 Teaspoons Sugar
- 2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- SAUCE
- ½ Cup – Prepared Hoisin Sauce
- ⅛ Cup – Dry Sherry
- ⅛ Cup – Soy Sauce
- ⅛ Cup – White Sugar
- ⅛ Cup – Prepared Ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon – Unseasoned Rice Vinegar
- 2 Cloves – Fresh Garlic, minced
- 1 Teaspoon – Dried Ginger
- Optional Scallions and sesame seeds for garnish
