Receta Asian Lettuce Wraps
Ingredientes
- 1lb Ground Turkey
- 1 med minced red onion
- 3/4 cup shredded carrots
- 3/4 cup diced baby portabello mushrooms
- 1/3 cup minced poblano pepper
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- tablespoon fresh grated ginger
- tablespoon five spice
- Soy sauce
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 5 packets of duck sauce
- peanut oil
- Romaine lettuce
Direcciones
- In a med saute pan over med heat drizzle in a little peanut oil and begin to brown the turkey meat. while its beginning to brown add in the five spice, garlic, pepper, onions, soy sauce to taste. once the meat is almost browned add in the carrots and mushrooms til they begin to soften and the meat is done. In a small bowl add Peanut butter, duck sauce, and soy to taste. This will thicken alot add spashes of water until it is a silky consistency. Have your romaine lettuce leaves cleaned and dried add the meat mixture onto a lettuce leaf wrap, dip and enjoy :)
