Ingredientes

  • 16 ounce skinned & boned uncooked chicken breasts to 1/2" strips
  • 4 c. fresh asparagus spears
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom or possibly Chicken Soup Healthy Request
  • 1/2 c. fat free mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp curry pwdr optional
  • 3/4 c. shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray an 8 X 8 baking dish with butter flavored cooking spray. In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown chicken about 3 min, stirring frequently. Place asparagus in bottom of prepared baking dish, cover with Saran wrap and microwave for 3 min. Arrange browned chicken proportionately over asparagus. In a medium bowl, combine creamed soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry pwdr. Pour soup mix into same skillet used to brown chicken. Cook over low heat l minute, stirring till well blended. Proportionately spoon soup mix over chicken and asparagus. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese proportionately over top. Cover and bake 30 min. Uncover and continue baking l0 min. Place baking dish on a rack and let set 5 min. Served 6.
