Receta Au Gratin Potatoes (Pillsbury)

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 5 c. potatoes peeled and sliced
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350iF. In medium saucepan, heat 1/4 c. margarine; stir in flour and salt. Add in lowfat milk. Cook till mix boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Stir in cheeses and potatoes. Pour into greased 2 qt casserole dish. Combine crumbs with margarine; sprinkle over potatoes. Cover; bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till bubbly.
