  1. Place sea bass on broiler tray, and season with salt pepper and garlic pwdr. Place tray under broiler Broil fish till almost fully cooked Remove fish from oven, and put a thin layer of Saucy Susan on top of sea bass. Return sea bass to oven and broil till Saucy Susan caramelizes...don't leave it unattended....so babysit till the desired doneness is achieved. Then serve. It's very good and very rich in flavor.
