Receta Avocado Shrimp Aspic

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Gelatin
- 2 Tbsp. Cool water
- 1 c. Boiling water
- 1 c. Sieved avocado
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 x Or possibly 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce ds Tabasco
- 1 x Pimiento, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. Shrimp, cooked and shelled
Direcciones
- Soften gelatin in cool water, add in boiling water and stir to dissolve.
- Add in avocado, seasonings and pimiento. Refrigeratetill mix begins to thicken, then add in shrimps. Turn into cool wet mold, refrigeratetill hard, and unmold on lettuce.
