- Dressing:
- 6 slices smoked bacon, cooked, chopped
- 3 shallots, diced
- 3 tbs. malt vinegar
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 ozs. crumbled blue cheese
- Garnish:
- 2 tomatoes, quartered
- 2 hardboiled eggs, chopped
- red onion rings
- parsley sprigs
- optional: fresh orange pieces
Direcciones
