- 1/4 cup sliced strawberries (optional)
- 1/2 cup milk
- Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. You may use an immersion blender or standard blender. I use a Ninja.

- 1 cup chocolate chips (dark or milk)
- 1 tbs cream
- 1 1/2 cups Honey Nut Cheerios
