Ingredientes
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 - 8oz. can tomato juice or water
- 2 tablespoon chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 - 15 1/2 oz. can kidney beans with juice or refried beans
- 1 - 16 oz. bag fritos
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1/2 chopped onion or green onion
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Greas a 2 quart square baking dish. Set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the meat,onion, and garlic. Drain the excess fat. Stir the tomato sauce, tomato juice, chilli powder, and oregano into meat mixture.
- Layer the meat mixture, beans, and one-half of the corn chips in layers twice in the prepared baking dish, ending with corn chips.
- Cover and bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
- Serve with lettuce , tomato, onion, and cheese, and rest of chips.
