Receta Bagel - Apple - Cheese Snack
Ingredientes
- 1 bagel, sliced in half
- 1 apple, green tastes better
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon of sugar

- Slice the apple into round apple slices about 1/4 inch thick. Carefully cut out small round circle in middle to remove seeds. Put a cheese slice on top of each bagel half, then put an apple slice on top of which. Sprinkle a little cinnamon and sugar on top of each. Put them on a cookie sheet and into the oven for 5 - 10 min at 350 degrees. You have to watch them very close to make sure they do not burn. They are done when the cheese starts to heat. Now you and a friend can enjoy a "good for you" snack.
