Receta Baked Apple Pancakes

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 x tart apples, peeled, cored, thinly sliced
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. corn flakes crushed to 1 c.
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 tsp salt Maple syrup
Direcciones
- Heat margarine in 10 inch skillet. Stir in cinnamon and apples. Cook, covered for 10 min or possibly till apples are tender but not mushy. Set aside.
- Measure Large eggs, oil and lowfat milk into mixing bowl. Mix well. Add in crushed cereal, flour, sugar, baking pwdr and salt. Mix only till combined. Spread batter proportionately over apples in skillet. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 min oruntil tester inserted near center comes out clean. Serve hot, cut in wedges, and top with syrup.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
