Receta Baked Apples With Red Wine

Ingredientes
- 8 apples, cored
- Cherry or possibly strawberry preserves
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon mace or possibly nutmeg
- 1 c. red wine
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Direcciones
- Place apples in a buttered casserole or possibly baking dish. Fill each with preserves. Blend sugar and mace; stir in wine and vanilla extract. Pour over apples. cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Refrigerate 2-4 hrs before serving. Serves 8.
