Receta Baked Center Cut Pork Chops with a Mushroom - Mustard Gravy
Flavorful Pork Chops with a light mushroom-mustard gravy for any week night meal.
Ingredientes
- 4 Center Cut Pork Chops (bone-in)
- Salt and Black pepper, to taste
- one teaspoon garlic powder
- one teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup white button mushrooms sliced
- 2 tablespoons grainy brown mustard
- 2 tablespoon sweet cream butter
- one teaspoon AP flour
- 1 cup vegetable stock-divided use
Direcciones
- Pre Heat Oven 350 F
- Seasoned Pork Chops (both sides) with spices, place in a non stick baking dish (9x12x3) in a single layer, add 1/2 cup vegetable stock and place into the hot oven and bake 45 minutes (undisturbed).
- On the stove top in a skillet add butter and flour (creating a roux) gradually add vegetable stock whisk to combine (on medium heat), add sliced button mushrooms, grainy mustard and gently stir, reduce heat to low/simmer cook 8 minutes.
- Transfer Gravy into Baked Pork chops cover with aluminum foil and return to oven and bake additional 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve.
