Receta Baked Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Ingredientes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 sm. jar pimento
- 1 can minced water chestnuts
- 3 c. cooked, minced chicken
- 2 beaten large eggs plus 1 T lowfat milk
- 1 lg. loaf sliced bread
- Crushed potato chips
Direcciones
- Remove crusts from bread. Mix soups, pimento, chestnuts, and chicken. Spread as sandwiches. Wrap in foil and freeze.When ready to use, dip frzn in 2 beaten large eggs plus the 1 tbsp lowfat milk. Roll in crushed potato chips. Bake on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees.
