- 1 large banana, sliced thin
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/3 cup of milk
- handful of walnuts, chopped
- wheat germ (optional)
- flaxseed (optional)
- maple syrup (for serving, optional)
