  • 2 Ripe Peaches (pitted, peeled, halved)
  • 2 tablespoons Pure Honey
  • 1/4 cup Fresh or Frozen Raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Direcciones

  1. Pre Heat Oven 400 F
  2. Coat the halved peaches with honey and place in a baking dish and put into the hot oven, bake 8-10 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan add raspberries and sugar on medium high heat, as fruit breaks down stir well. Pour through a mesh sieve into a bowl (discard seeds).
  4. Plate baked peaches and spoon raspberry sauce (be generous) over the halves.
