Ingredientes

  • 1 lrg Can chunk pineapple, liquid removed
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Flour
  • 3 Tbsp. Pineapple juice
  • 1 stk oleo
  • 1 c. Grated Cheddar Almond flavoring Slivered almonds for top
  • 1 stk oleo, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed

Direcciones

  1. Mix sugar and flour in bowl; then add in remaining ingredients. Spread in a 8 x 8 x 2-inch dish. Combine oleo and crackers for topping. Sprinkle on top along with some slivered almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
  2. Excellent with chicken, turkey and ham. Rave reviews.
