  • 1-1/2 cups Polenta
  • 1 cup vegetable stock (low Sodium)
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoons finely chopped chives, garnish

Direcciones

  1. Pre Heat Oven 350 F
  2. Using a baking dish add vegetable stock, cream, polenta and stir gently, add black pepper and stir again.
  3. Place into the hot oven and bake covered 10 minutes, remove from oven add grated parmesan cheese and return to the oven uncovered and bake additional 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven add chive garnish, serve and enjoy!
