Receta Baked Salmon Fillets With Mustard Chive Butter

Ingredientes
- 4 Tbsp. Margarine -- room Temperature
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Lemon juice -- divided
- 1 Tbsp. Chives -- finel minced
- 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard -- country Kind
- 1/2 tsp Lemon peel -- grated
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 dsh Pepper
- 24 ounce Salmon fillets -- 4-6 ounce. Fillets
- 1 bn Chives
Direcciones
- Pour 3/4 Tbsp. lemon juice on top of 4 fillets. Mix remaining ingredients till smooth. Spread one Tbsp. of mix on baking pan covered with aluminum foil. Place fillets on foil with skin side down.
- Divide remaining mix on top of fillets. Bake at 450 for 10 min.
- Garnish with chives if you like.
