Ingredientes
- 110gm all purpose flour
- 50gm buckwheat flour {or use all plain flour}
- 50gm cheddar, grated
- 1 teaspoon table salt
- 1 tsp chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 teaspoon {adjust to taste} red chili pepper {or cayenne pepper}
- 100gm unsalted butter, cut into cubes, well chilled
- 2 tablespoons very cold water
- Sea salt & fresh dill for sprinkling
- Position a rack in the center of the oven and heat the oven to 190°c. Line two large baking sheets with parchment. { I used just one cookie sheet}
