- 150g strawberries, quartered
- 40g brown sugar
- 1-2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 vanilla bean shell
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Garnish
- Fresh strawberries, thyme
