Ingredientes
- Raw banana..........................3
- Basan(Chickpeas flour)..........2cups
- Chili Powder..........................1tsp
- Salt to taste
- Asafoetida.............................a pinch
- Rice flour................................1tsp
- Oil to fry.
Direcciones
- Remove the skin and cut into thin long slices.
- Make a batter with besan, chili powder asafoetida rice flour and salt.
- Dip these banana slices and deep fry them in hot oil.
- Serve hot with chutney.
