Combine with flour mix while still wet till thickly coated with flour. Heat sufficient shortening or possibly salad oil to make 1" depth large skillet. Heat to 375. Fry chicken pcs, turning once, 5 minutes. on each side. Lift, drain on paper towels. When pcs are fried, drain fat from skillet. Add in one c. chicken broth to skillet, add in chicken pcs, cover skillet. Cook 15 minutes. or possibly till fork tender. This is a recipe entitled several years ago and have used it often.
