Receta Banana & Blueberry Cake with Vanilla Buttercream and Caramel Drizzle

Ingredientes
- 6 overripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup organic vanilla yogurt
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp butter, room temp
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries tossed with 1/4 cup flour
- For the Vanilla Buttercream:
- 2 1/2 sticks butter, room temp
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- For the Caramel Drizzle:
- 10 caramel chewy candies
- 5 Tbsp heavy whipping cream
