Receta Banana Cream Cheesecake

Ingredientes
- 1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter (melted)
- 1 pkt (8 ounce.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 ctn (8 ounce.) frzn whipped topping, thawed and divided
- 4 med bananas, sliced
- 1 3/4 c. cool lowfat milk
- 1 pkt (3.4 ounces) instant Banana cream pudding mix
Direcciones
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Form the bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch spring form pan. Bake in the oven for 7 min at 350 F. Cold.
- Slice 1/2 of the bananas and place on the bottom of pan. Combine 1 package of 8 ounce. cream cheese, sugar and 1/2 of the frzn whipped topping, thawed and divided. Mix well and pour on top of the sliced bananas.
- Slice remainder of bananas and place on top of the cream cheese mix. Then in mixing bowl mix the cool lowfat milk, 1 package of instant banana cream pudding mix. Mix well. Add in the other 1/2 of the cold whip. Pour on top of the bananas in pan. Refrigerate3 to 4 hrs. Then enjoy.
