Receta Banana Cream Cheesecake

Ingredientes

  • 1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter (melted)
  • 1 pkt (8 ounce.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 ctn (8 ounce.) frzn whipped topping, thawed and divided
  • 4 med bananas, sliced
  • 1 3/4 c. cool lowfat milk
  • 1 pkt (3.4 ounces) instant Banana cream pudding mix

Direcciones

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Form the bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch spring form pan. Bake in the oven for 7 min at 350 F. Cold.
  2. Slice 1/2 of the bananas and place on the bottom of pan. Combine 1 package of 8 ounce. cream cheese, sugar and 1/2 of the frzn whipped topping, thawed and divided. Mix well and pour on top of the sliced bananas.
  3. Slice remainder of bananas and place on top of the cream cheese mix. Then in mixing bowl mix the cool lowfat milk, 1 package of instant banana cream pudding mix. Mix well. Add in the other 1/2 of the cold whip. Pour on top of the bananas in pan. Refrigerate3 to 4 hrs. Then enjoy.
