Receta Banana Fudge Brownies

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Margarine
- 2 c. Chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 c. Hodgson Mill 50/50 flour
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2/3 c. Banana
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute
Direcciones
- Heat margarine & chocolate chips in a 3 quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Beat in remaining ingredients with a wooden spoon till thoroughly blended. Spread proportionately in a 13 x 9 pan ( grease bottom only).
- Bake at 350F for about 30 min or possibly till center is set. Cold completely.
- NOTES : 2 Large eggs can be used instead of EggBeaters. 2/3 c. of minced nuts can be added.
