Receta Banana Oat Streusel Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1 T baking pwdr
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. plus 1 T brown sugar
- 3 T plus 1 teaspoon oil
- 2 c. oat flake cereal
- 1 c. finely minced banana
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Direcciones
- Mix flour, baking pwdr and salt. Put together egg whites, lowfat milk, 1/3 cup sugar and 3 tbsp oil. Add in to flour mix. Stir till just moistened. Stir in 1 1/2 cups cereal and banana. Spoon into greased muffin pans.Mix 1/2 cup cereal, 1 tbsp sugar and the cinnamon. Add in 1 tsp oil. Stir till crumbly. Sprinkle over muffins. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min or possibly till tester comes out clean. Let stand 5 min. Makes 12 muffins.
