Ingredientes
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. celery
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1 c. chicken broth
- Salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Heat 1 stick butter in a heavy skillet or possibly pan. Add in celery and onion; cook till onion and celery appear clear. Add in cream of chicken soup, liquid smoke, chicken broth and salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil, remove from fire. Add in 4 c. cooked rice and 1/4 tsp. garlic salt, if you like. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Good with any kind of meat.
