Receta Barbecue Teriyaki Turkey Tenderloins

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. tenderloins
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 4 tbsp. white wine
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1 clove crushed garlic Or possibly 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
Direcciones
- Mix soy sauce, oil, wine, sugar, ginger and garlic. Place tenderloins in oblong dish. Pour soy sauce mix over tenderloins, making sure to coat each one thoroughly. Cover with foil or possibly plastic wrap. Chill 1 to 3 hrs, turning several times. Cook on barbecue grill till done, about 25 to 35 min. Use leftover sauce for basting.
