Receta Barbecued Chicken (Dak Bulgogi)

Ingredientes
- 1 whl chicken breast
- 1 slc fresh ginger squeezed through a press
- 2 x garlic cloves crushed
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1 tsp sesame salt
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 x scallion sliced thin
Direcciones
- Divide the chicken breast into 4 equal pcs. The 2 thick ends are to be cut almost through and folden open (butterflied). Mix the chicken and all the other ingredients together, rubbing the seasonings into the meat with your fingers. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Grill over charcoal or possibly in a gas or possibly electric broiler for about 3 min, or possibly long sufficient to cook the chicken through without drying it out. Turn the pcs over once during this time.
- Serve hot with rice, salads and side dishes of your choice.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
